So I'm trying new things in the kitchen this week. I don't like to cook, so I scouted meals that boast a 20 minute or less prep time on the internet and came up with several recipes last week. I decided to make them all this week. Which okay, was probably too ambitiousness.

Anyway, meatloaf last night went fine. Although I don't like meatloaf really, and last night just confirmed that. So while you can get three meals out of meatloaf I guess I'll pass.

Tandoori chicken tonight. It's not going well. I put it in the frying pan and the marinade it was in separated. The chicken looks okay, but the rest is just liquid. I was thinking it would be thicker? The directions didn't say to take the chicken out of the base before putting it in the frying pan, but this just doesn't look right. Ideas oh flist? Did I majorly screw this up?

Sauteed spinach and mushroom salad tomorrow! Yum.

Real life update coming soon-ish. Prepare for drama.
