I am having a wonderful time right now even though the last few days have probably been the most busy of my entire time in Japan. They have also been loads and loads of fun. I am truely blessed to have the current host family that I do, and that they are so kind.

On Thursday Momoko (my host sister) Arisa(Momoko's cousin from Hokkaido) and I went together to Tokyo Disney Sea. We were going to go to Disneyland, but it was already full by the time we got on the bus, so we had to settle for Disneysea, which was still really fun. Indianna Jones and the Temple of the Cyrstal Skull was open this time, we rode it a grand total of three times. It was a blast. And of course Journey to the Center of the Earth. Arisa and I liked Indi Jones best. It was loads of fun.

Arisa is super nice, and we have a lot in commen. She's a L'Arc en Ciel fan as well, so when I bought their new CD Smile we watched the DVD that came with it together. We both like HYDE. She also likes Glay. I found a Glay CD in Shibuya for five dollars, normally CD's are like 30. So I'm very happy. I love Smile it's a great CD. The topic for this post comes from that CD. L'Arc likes English, and their English has gotten a lot better over the years. A lot better.

Friday and Saturday I was in Kyoto. I got to ride the bullet train to get there. It was really fun. Only two hours to get to Kyoto. I didn't get to see Miyuki while I was there, but I got to do lots of other fun stuff. Saturday included a short trip to Nara about 45 minutes away from Kyoto to see Todaiji the largest wooden building in the world. Very cool, but I am not skinny enough to fit through the posts of the building. There were deer there, that you could feed. Arisa was agfraid of the deer, and I was afraid of the ducks. So we made a deal, I would protect her from the deer, she would protect me from the ducks. I got the better end of that deal by a long shot. Arisa is now saying I should fight the ducks in the olympics as a sport. What sport is that? I would lose.

Sunday I went with Arisa to see the Kashima Antlers play Nagoya (I don't know the name of their team), The Kashima Antlers are one of the most popular J-League (soccer) teams in Japan. They won 3-2. Sadly it was raining and thus freezing cold. It also took three and a half hours to get there each way. Yeah, I wish it hadn't taken that long, the bus ride was not fun. Nothing to do. I can't sleep on the bus like everyone else.

That is the short version of what I have been up to lately. All of this involved lots of walking and standing in line, so I'm exahusted, and the day after tomorrow I go back to school. Wah!

Kyoto is home to Gackt and I saw a t-shirt which I wish I had bought, because after that one stand I never saw anything related to Gackt again. It was a cheap t-shirt too! They had every other celiberty from Kyoto except Gackt, and some of them aren't even that famous. Why?

I got an ice cream cone from one of the places in Kyoto where a scene in Yami no Matusei took place. It was cool they had the pages from the manga up on display. I think I scared my Rotary president because I saw it and I squeeked. Quitely, but still, you could he didn't understand why I would be excited about Green tea. Which is also really good.

Also I need to learn German. So anyone with suggestions on how I can learn seven languages and not go crazy get back to me.
